A pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not yet in stock.

Purchasing a pre-order item helps us order exactly the right amount of stock from our manufacturers and is a great way to secure an item and avoid sell outs! 

To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Once an order is placed, the item will be prepared to ship out once Kamaniki receives the shipment from the manufacturer. When the items arrive to Kamaniki's storefront, they will start shipping the product out as soon as possible. 

Our Pre-order disclaimer: Because the item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice.

The buyer may refund their order at any time during the pre-order period. After the pre-order period, refunds will no longer be available.

If you recieved a damaged product, please reach out to our email xenotarotproject@gmail.com with a photo or video proof along with your order number.

The first replacement is free of charge, any additional replacements will have the shipping cost covered by the customer.

If you do not recieve your package within the expected delivery time, please reach out to our e-mail xenotarotproject@gmail.com with your order number.

- Some addresses may take longer to deliver, International for example could take 3-5 weeks.

For further information, keep an eye on the tracking number provided in your e-mail order confirmation.

- They may be held by local post offices, please check your tracking number for further updates.

- Some packages may return to sender if the name or address is incorrect.

- (INT) If VAT duties are not paid, it will most likely be returned to sender.
